Forget Fomo: You’re Important too

COVID has some of us in a place of fear–that is fear of missing out (FOMO). We tend to depend on others and things around us to keep us happy instead of creating our own happiness.
When experiencing FOMO, we resort to going out and doing reckless things that can put us at a higher risk for COVID-19 and therefore harming those closest to us. It is important to find a happy medium between wilding out all the time and staying home.
